Frances Mitchell is the Director of Business Development for Dolmen Design and Innovation. She has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from UCD, an MPhil in Music and Media Technologies from TCD and an Executive MBA from DCU. Her professional life has encompassed working as a process engineer and line manager for P&G in France, being CEO of an internationally renowned new music ensemble (Crash Ensemble), teaching PhD’s how to be more creative and entrepreneurial in her role as Head of Programme Development in the Innovation Academy UCD and is currently responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, PR and new business development for Dolmen. She is also the Chair of the Commercial Working Group of the Irish Medtech Association (IBEC).
