Gillian leads Voice of Customer operations for Dell Technologies, the leader in digital transformation providing digital technology solutions, products, and services to drive business success. As part of the Chief Customer Office she leverages her passion for building company wide advocacy for investment in customer understanding and empathy to grow and retain loyal customers and employees.

Prior to her time at Dell Technologies she worked for various government agencies in Washington D.C, developing and implementing customer experience improvement programs.
