Jenn is a UX design leader with a love for design thinking. She has worked twenty years in the field. She started her career in Silicon Valley startups and today works for a Fortune 7 Corporation. As the Principal Designer and Lead UX Researcher for McKesson she has been the advocate for the end user. She practices and shares design thinking methodologies and has witnessed how it has transformed the way teams think about a product at McKesson.  She is the Leader of Interaction Design Foundation Tempe and Director of User Experience Professionals Association Arizona.
