Manuel Großmann is service designer and co-founder of the innovation consultancy Fuxblau. He has been applying Service Design in the digital field for more than 10 years. He uses user-centered design methods to develop new services and business models for his clients. Besides his consulting work, Manuel Großmann also works as a facilitator to introduce new ways of working to organisations. He has taught user-centered design at various universities in Berlin.
