Dr Senova is a recognised industry leader in human centred design, a published neuroscientist, entrepreneur, author and executive mentor. She is passionate about humanity and our collective ability to find pathways through complex challenges.  
 
With a PhD in Human Factors (HCD), she is particularly interested in what it means to be human in this time of rapid shift. Her approach to enabling leaders through human-centric transformation is a unique combination of design, neuroscience and systems thinking. 
 
She is a co-founder of award winning strategic design firm Huddle, author of This Human and a highly-regarded thought leader, mentor and advisor to CEOs, Executive Leaders and Heads of State. 
 
Dr Senova has sat on various boards advising the Australian government on topics relating to innovation and entrepreneurship, creativity and creative industries, culture, and sustainable economic recovery. She was part of the task force that helped establish the Australian Space Agency in 2019.
