Paul is Operations Director at Marco Beverage Systems, an innovation-led Irish company whose purpose is to deliver excellence in beverage experience. Marco exports 80% of its output and serves 60+ countries globally.

Along with a core degree in Industrial Design, Paul holds post-graduate diplomas in Manufacturing Management with IMI, in Strategic R&D with INSEAD and in Strategic Leadership with IMD. An advocate of value-led design, Paul has led Marco’s user focused approach for more than 10 years and is passionate about making design thinking and innovation a cultural norm in Marco.

A respected leader in the coffee and beverage industry, Paul has served as President of the global Specialty Coffee Association and is a recipient of the European Coffee Industry’s Outstanding Contribution award.
